At Incredible Jumpers, we understand that unexpected weather conditions can impact your outdoor event. That's why we offer a flexible rain policy to accommodate unforeseen circumstances.

Rain Forecast

If inclement weather is forecasted for the day of your event, we recommend monitoring the weather closely leading up to your reservation.

Rain Check

In the event of rain or adverse weather conditions, you have the option to reschedule your event for another available date within the next 12 months, subject to availability. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative date that fits your schedule.

Full Refund

If you prefer not to reschedule and cancel your reservation due to inclement weather, we offer a full refund of your deposit or payment. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a fee.

Decision Timeframe

We understand that weather forecasts can change rapidly. If you are unsure about the weather conditions on the day of your event, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. We will work with you to make the best decision based on the latest weather updates.
